Description of the house:
This non-smoking apartment (about 95 m²) is on the first and attic storey of the house.
On the first floor is the living room, the kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and a sauna
and a balcony with pretty much always sun and a lot more.
On the attic floor are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds (more bedding possible) and another bathroom.
The apartment fully provides
stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, washing-machine, radio and TV, outdoorfurniture.
